TRY THE WHEEL @ Creative Cafe

If you’ve always wanted to try your hand at the pottery wheel, now’s your chance! If it’s your first time this will be a perfect way to’ feel out’ out the wheel, learn the basics, and have some fun! Each session is approximately  60 – 90 minutes in length and includes full instruction,  and enough clay to produce 2 pieces(each).  Session includes approx. 1-2 pound of clay and all of the tools and instruction required to complete your projects, (Usually a couple of bowls/vessels.) Also included are 2 kiln firings  – 1st to fire clay to bisque and the second ‘glaze’ firing. You will choose your glaze colour and we will dip glaze them and have them ready for pick up approx. 3-4 weeks later!  Everything noted above is included in price.When we call to say your creations are ready we will hold them for a maximum of 3 weeks.  If you do NOT return to pick  them up sadly we will dispose of them due to space/storage here at the studio.  Please come soon after being called.  Minimum age requirement is 8 years.​ CLOSED TOE SHOES, NO LOOSE CLOTHING OR JEWELRY(BRACELETS, NECKLACES AND RINGS).HAIR TIED BACK FOR SAFETY AND SHORT NAILS ARE RECOMMENDED.SPACE IS LIMITED AND SESSIONS SELL OUT FAST SO BOOK NOW!
