AFTER SCHOOL ART CLASSES – WINTER SESSION @ Creative Cafe

An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 6, 2024
Help cure “screen brain” in kids using art!! They love the opportunity to create and express themselves through colour and professional creative art materials. Long-form, tactile art projects develop creative problem solving, and mind-body coordination.
Our after school course gives kids self expression and exploration! Give your children time to express themselves through art!
Throughout the course they get to explore the pottery wheel, clay sculpture, canvas painting, mosaics, glass fusing and mixed media! Our awesome instructors take the students step by step through projects.
Winter Classes run for 9 consecutive weeks and are structured for children in grades 1 through 6. ‘Make up’ classes for missed weeks are not possible. Classes start at 4:30pm please ensure your child is present at that time as instructions happen as soon as class begins. Classes operate from January 10th – March 6th 4:30pm – 6:00pm Prompt drop off and pick up required. Please send your child with ‘art clothes’ and a drink, eating during class is not feasible please ensure they have had a snack prior to coming to class. This is a ‘drop off’ program. Go enjoy some time to grab a tea, read a book or get some errands done!
Registration is non-refundable as supplies are purchased ahead of time. If for some reason attendance in the 9 week course is not possible with enough notice a studio credit will be issued for future use.
If inclement weather causes us to close due to safety a credit will be issued.
